C.L.A.S.S. 101 ~ Discovering Membership

This class is for those exploring the meaning of membership in the church. What is a Presbyterian, anyway? Does membership in the church really matter? How can I get connected at Church of the Covenant? If you have questions about church, Presbyterians or Church of the Covenant, C.L.A.S.S. 101 is for you! This four-hour class taught by Pastor Kathi will explore who we are, what we believe, and why we exist. It is required for those who wish to make the commitment of membership at Covenant.

This class teaches what it means to be on mission with God at church, at school, at work, at home, in your neighborhood, in our community and even in the world. This is not just for missionary-types: Each of us has not only a life mission, but a life message, as well. In this C.L.A.S.S., we'll explore what God is doing in the world and how can each of us and all of us get in on it. (Please note: C.L.A.S.S. 301, Discovering Your S.H.A.P.E. for Ministry is a prerequisite for C.L.A.S.S. 401.)
